Cancellations and Refunds Policy
We strive to provide highly personalized and valuable services. Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our work, our policy is as follows:
A. Cancellations
Product/Service | Cancellation Policy |
Personalized Reports | No Cancellation is possible once the order is placed and the astrologer has begun the analysis (typically within a few hours of placing the order). |
Physical Products (e.g., Gemstones, Yantras) | Cancellation is only possible within 12 hours of placing the order and only if the product has not yet been shipped or prepared (e.g., energized). Once shipped or preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled. |
Online Consultations/Sessions | Cancellation is permitted if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If canceled within this window, a full refund will be processed (see Refund Processing below). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally non-refundable. |
Webinars/Online Courses | No cancellation or refund once the access link/details have been shared or the event has commenced. |
B. Refunds
Situation | Refund Eligibility |
Digital Reports | Generally Non-Refundable. Since all reports are customized, no refund is provided once the report is being prepared or has been delivered. |
Physical Products (Due to Damage/Defect) | Eligible for refund or replacement only if the item received is damaged or defective. The customer must notify us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition. No refunds are provided for issues related to quality of prediction/remedy effectiveness as astrology is a matter of faith and individual experience. |
Consultation No-Show | If a customer misses a scheduled consultation without requesting a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the amount paid is non-refundable. |
JyotishDham Cancellation | In the rare event that JyotishDham cancels an order, consultation, or service, a full refund will be processed. |
Duplicate Payments | If an error results in a duplicate payment, please notify us within 72 hours for a full refund of the extra transaction. |
Refund Processing:

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
