Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all orders of physical products (like Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, Hard Copy Reports, etc.) and digital services (like online reports and consultations).

 

A. Digital Products and Services

Digital products and services are delivered electronically via email, WhatsApp, or through online access (e.g., Zoom for live sessions).

Webinars/Online Courses Access link/login details sent via email/WhatsApp. Access link/details shared at least 24 hours prior to the event's start time.
Important Notes for Digital Services:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and active email addresses and contact numbers.

  • The delivery timeline commences from the date of confirmed payment AND the complete submission of all necessary details (e.g., correct birth date, time, and place).

 

B. Physical Products

Physical products are shipped via trusted courier partners.

  • Processing & Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facility within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time (within India): Delivery typically takes an additional 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, but can vary based on the destination pin code and courier services.

  • International Shipping: Please contact us directly for international shipping charges and estimated delivery times before placing your order.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of the order.

  • Non-Delivery/Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances. If you have not received your order within 15 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.
